Peace Reader, For most of my life, I thought nourishment was about food. Not surprising, right? I’ve spent nearly two decades as a chef, cooking for celebrities, athletes, executives, families, and women on healing journeys. Food has been my language for a long time. And for years, I believed that if I could just help people eat better, everything else would follow. Then life started teaching me otherwise. I began meeting women who had all the “right” foods in their kitchens and were still exhausted. Women who knew exactly what they should eat but felt completely disconnected from themselves. Women who were nourishing everyone around them while quietly running on empty. And if I’m honest? There were seasons when I was one of those women. Then St. Lucia changed everything. Long before I moved here, I was visiting 3 to 4 times a year. And I didn’t fully understand why at the time. I just knew something about this island was calling me back. Now I understand it was nourishment. Not just the food, though the fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish straight from these waters are something else entirely. It was the Sulfur Springs. The waterfalls. The ocean. The land itself. This island is a portal of healing, and my body knew it before my mind caught up. That’s when it became undeniable to me: nourishment is the full spectrum of what keeps you alive and thriving. Your environment nourishes you. Nature nourishes you. Beauty nourishes you. And when all of those things align, something in you remembers itself. But here’s the part most people miss. You can be eating the healthiest food on the planet and still feel empty, because nourishment without intention is just consumption. Think about prayer over food. Most people think of it as gratitude, and yes, it is that. But energetically, what you’re actually doing is charging your food. You’re infusing it with your presence, your love, your intention. That energy becomes part of what you’re taking in. This is why two people can eat the same meal and have completely different experiences. One is feeding their body. The other is nourishing their whole self. So what do you do when you can’t get to paradise? You bring the practice home. You start small. Because small, intentional steps create the biggest transformations. Here are three things you can begin today:
These aren’t overhauls. They’re invitations. When we stop asking “What should I eat?” and start asking “What am I truly hungry for?” everything shifts. That question has changed my life. I believe it can change yours too. And when you are ready to recalibrate and experience deep nourishment in paradise, just let me know and we can set up a call. I’d love to hear from you. In this season of your life, what is one thing you’re hungry for more of? Simply hit reply and let me know. I read every response. Peace Reader I almost didn’t send this. Not because I didn’t have anything to say but because I had too much. And somewhere between living it and finding the words, the months just kept moving. But it’s a new season. Spring equinox just passed. The year is accelerating. And something in me said now. So here I am. First… thank you. Some of you reached out at Christmas when I sent that note. I felt every single response. Life had me in a quiet, tender place and your warmth met me right there. I...
Peace Reader, I’m going to get straight to it. The work I’ve created for Cyber Monday wasn’t built from theory. It was born from lived experience, from my own transition, my own nervous system reset, and my own evolution into a new chapter of alignment and clarity. Over the past year, I’ve learned that the woman (or man) you are becoming requires deeper nourishment than the life you’re leaving behind. New levels don’t come from depletion. They come from grounding, clarity, and staying...
Hey Reader If you’ve been sensing a quiet nudge to slow down… If you’ve been pouring into everyone else while your own cup runs dry, this is for you. This isn’t about weakness. This is about wisdom. Your body knows when it’s time to recalibrate. And if this doesn’t speak directly to you, maybe it brings someone to mind—a sister, a partner, a friend. Someone who’s been holding it all together while secretly falling apart. Feel free to pass this along. You never know who’s waiting for...
