For the women building in silence right now…

Hey Reader,

I haven’t been gone… I’ve just been in a sacred simmer.

Moving to St. Lucia cracked open a new rhythm in me—one I didn’t see coming. It’s one thing to visit paradise. It’s another to live inside it and meet yourself in a whole new way.

A slow glow-up is still a glow-upMaybe you’ve felt that too. That quiet, behind-the-scenes shift. The kind of transformation that doesn’t look loud—but changes everything.

If that’s you—you’re not alone. This is your permission slip to move slow, stay soft, and rise seasoned.

Because your glow-up doesn’t have to be loud to be real.

A Taste of St. Lucia

One of the things I’ve come to appreciate living in St. Lucia is how abundant the banana is.

They’re a major export here—and they’re everywhere: Used in savory dishes (green banana with saltfish is a staple), in porridges, baked goods, smoothies… and now, in this little ritual I created just for you.

Bananas aren’t just delicious—they’re also powerful healers. They’re rich in potassium and magnesium, support digestion, calm the nervous system, and help regulate energy without overstimulation.

That’s what inspired this next recipe. Something simple, soft, and powerful—just like this season you’re in.

Thinking of Leaving the Country?

I want to be real with you: Living in a new country is not the same as visiting it. The spiritual adjustment is real. The nervous system recalibration is deep. And while I wouldn’t change it for the world, I wish someone had told me what to really expect.

If you’re feeling the nudge to move, I’d love to support you. Reply to this email with your thoughts or questions—I’ll share everything I’ve learned.

With joy + spice,

Peace Reader, For most of my life, I thought nourishment was about food. Not surprising, right? I’ve spent nearly two decades as a chef, cooking for celebrities, athletes, executives, families, and women on healing journeys. Food has been my language for a long time. And for years, I believed that if I could just help people eat better, everything else would follow. Then life started teaching me otherwise. I began meeting women who had all the “right” foods in their kitchens and were still...

Peace Reader I almost didn’t send this. Not because I didn’t have anything to say but because I had too much. And somewhere between living it and finding the words, the months just kept moving. But it’s a new season. Spring equinox just passed. The year is accelerating. And something in me said now. So here I am. First… thank you. Some of you reached out at Christmas when I sent that note. I felt every single response. Life had me in a quiet, tender place and your warmth met me right there. I...

Peace Reader, I’m going to get straight to it. The work I’ve created for Cyber Monday wasn’t built from theory. It was born from lived experience, from my own transition, my own nervous system reset, and my own evolution into a new chapter of alignment and clarity. Over the past year, I’ve learned that the woman (or man) you are becoming requires deeper nourishment than the life you’re leaving behind. New levels don’t come from depletion. They come from grounding, clarity, and staying...
